Kinds of Kindness

Yorgos Lanthimos’s absurdist black comedy anthology film Kinds of Kindness is a tale of three distinct but somewhat connected stories. Starring an ensemble cast including Emma Stone, Jesse Plemons, Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie, and Hunter Schafer, this film promises an unforgettable cinematic experience.

A Quiet Place: Day One 

Michael Sarnoski’s A Quiet Place: Day One is an American apocalyptic third instalment in the A Quiet Place film series. This prequel takes you back to the beginning. The film is a blend of suspense and emotions, exploring the human spirit's resilience and creativity in the face of unimaginable threats. The movie is poised to go live on Amazon Prime Video, and will be available to rent.

Maharaj 

Maharaj is a historical drama directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra and produced by YRF Entertainment. The film brings to life the gripping story of the Maharaj Libel Case of 1862, inspired by Saurabh Shah's novel.

Originally slated to release in theatres on 14 June 2024, Maharaj hit a major roadblock when the Gujarat High Court halted its release due to concerns from a religious group about potential violence against the followers of the Pushtimarga Sampradaya sect. It debuted on Netflix on 21 June 2024. With its combination of drama and historical facts, this new release on OTT has garnered positive reviews.
